I was going to do a bunch of performance mods to my titan but bought a trans am instead. If i wanna go racing, ill take out the T/A and smash on some mustangs and 350's. If i wanna go in the desert, ill take the Titan(once someone trades me my lowering kit and 22's for their lift and 35's)
Yea, what about the camaro? Lift the T and Race the Camaro!!!

Somebody might have already said this, but I think you should lift it, BUT instead of going with a 12" lift and 40's why not do the ProComp 6" lift and then a 3" BL since you wont be offroading much you said. Then put 37" tires on it. And take the money you will save and invest into more performance parts. Having a big truck is cool but being slow sucks. Having a fast truck is cool but being little sucks. Why not have a big fast truck? Just thinking outloud. I have the PC stage 2 and 35" tires with a few performance mods and I have to say nothing beats going fast in a lifted truck and lighting the tires up at a redlight when somebody thinks they are going to smoke you.
So 9" of lift and 37's would be plenty big but not so big you cant be fast still....
I already told you to slam the ***** on 24s, add gears, performance mods, and you are set. Out in so cal, how many times are you really able to off road? I know out here I can't do that much.
Or better yet drop a diesel engine in it and go insane with it and make some insane power. Just tell people its a gas that black smokes for some reason. Mount twin turbos on it putting out just like 80psi or so...JUST 80 lol.
Remember that "team joe dirt" comment you made saturday morning? Yeah they include lifted trucks as well as Trans AMs. Make it fast(er)! You might always have that, "man i wish i would of at least hit 13's" in the back of your head if you dont. You can always lift it after you hit your 12's or 13's.
Go Fast, then go big.

Besides if you lift a 2wd truck, you'll need to plaster on the biggest Pennywise logo, a few Skin and Famous stickers, wear the hat to the side, and start wearing the sun glasses at night....BRO...lol

do all the performance mods, hit 12's then put the lift and 40's on and keep all the performance mods.....you'll still be faster than most out there, and you'll be able to see over everyone too....

The Bullet Proof lift is all show and no go. . . Just like you said, It would be for looks. Very pointless IMO. Super bad gas mileage for no reason. If you want a off road truck put a long travel kit on it. If you want a street truck keep it low and fast. Why would you want a huge slow street truck? Like I said just my opinion take it for what its worth! LOL
