VOLANT AND K&N USERS

Where wanting some feedback on these systems. Did you really see any increase in power and mpg's "for real". Some of us are looking to add one of these systems to our Banks Exhaust for added power or mpg's. I personally think the Volant looks the best and may be the one of choice so not to avoid our factory warranty.. According to the www.truckperformance.com website they post the Volant with bigger gains..

I have mine installed with my Banks and have noticed a gain. I used to get about 16.5 with just the Banks and now am constantly getting in the 18's. I do drive a mix of conditions so its not all highway. I am hoping for a better MPG once I install my tonneau cover.

Could you post pictures of your K&N? I would like to see this in the truck.

Thanks

My dealer said that it would have no ill effect on the warranty. As for a pic I will have one by tommorow.

Check with the dealer that will be doing your warranty work. There are some laws out there to protect you but it could take years just to get to court if you sue.

Advantage in Houston says that they will warranty the truck with minor bolt-ons.

The only warrenty void is the parts themselves. you cant get your new intake and exhaust serviced. Everything else will still be under warrenty.
