Hey guys, Im not here to start any problems, and I respect the power that the Titans are producing, but I just had a question. How much do the Titans weigh in at? Ext and 4 doors both. Thanks.

hey guys, just thought i would let you know i spanked a tricked out silverado today. this guy pulls up next to me, black silverado lowered, a new model, on 22's, got the dual exhaust, allllll tricked out. he waves me to roll my window down, and he's like "those TITAN's are slow man!". i tell him, alright, we'll see. so at the light i go (spun the tires a bit) but by 100 feet i had this guy by more than a trucks length. at the next light he pulls up and says "guess i was wrong. but as he makes his left turn he flips me off, figures. can't lose with diginity i guess. either way, rack up another one for the king of the road TITAN.

There is very little dignity in the defeat of an inferior being unless they are asking for it. In this case it sounds like the guy got what he deserved.

I'd like to run a Titan with my modified Tundra just for the heck of it. I think it would be close but in the end I figure the Titan would edge me out unless it had a lousy driver.

As for the regular cab Hemi vs the Titan CC, MT Magazine has the Titan CC at 0-60 in 7.2 and the Hemi RC in 6.8 due to the weight differential. MT also clocked the new Chevy SSR in 7.4. Can't wait to get beside one of those at a lite.

What's the 0-60 for a KC?

One of the magazines, I think C&D got 6.9 0-60 with a Titan CC 2WD. Very few magazine comparo's show the hemi winning their comparisons in a 0-60 comparison. There is almost always some vehicle that beats it. Many times it is a Titan. The hemi makes it's power in the rev range so it seems to do better in the 1/4 mile comparisons. I wonder what will happen when Nissan adds VVT and that extra 40 hp that comes with it. It jsut seems that the extra 40 hp doesn't do the hemi that much good.

I wonder what will happen to future Titan's based on past trends with their cars.
The maxima and altima have increased just about every year by a few hp's.

I'll be trading in, of course.
