Ive been wanting to line up to one of these hemis ever since I got my titan. Well, today was the day!! I even gave him the hit(the jump) and still realed him in and passed him!! When we both got off I was about half a truck in front. The hemi didnt want any after that. But the guy was cool, he gave me the big thumbs up when he passed. I bet he didnt have a clue as to what just beat him.

Never argue with idiots. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

I've had my way with all the 4 door Hemi's here in North Dallas, but the only one who matched me step by step was a Regular Cab Hemi! Just couldn't shake him.
I didn't know the regular cabs (MUCH LIGHTER THAN 4 DOOR) came with Hemis! Or he could have had some mods under the hood.
Go figure.

This one was a 4x4, so thats gotta make him a little slower. I havent done a single mod yet, just lots of washing. Ill go looking for the single cabs when I get a few things. Anyone ballsy enough for NO2? Im not, but Id like to see the results!!
Actually I'm considering nitrous down the road but not right now. I've put it on bikes and cars and don't get carried away. A lot of people are scared of it but I haven't suffered any mechanical failures from it yet - just don't get greedy.
BTW, good kill.

i live in denton and even challenge some guys to bring thier truck out to the track and not a single dodge showed up, besides a durango. but a friend did bring a duramax diesal that halled ***.
I've knocked down 2 Hemis that wanted to get them some, one king and one quad cab. I had a similar experience with a regular cab Hemi that could hang with my 4 door LE fairly well but by the time we let off around 75 I was gaining back what I lost when he got the jump and started it all rolling at 30. My LE has the standard rear end so just get me rolling and there isn't much out there than can take me in the mid=range. Any body know why this truck has so much power from 3-5 grand rpm? Seems like it just kicks in like the old 4 barrel carbs. With the right mods this baby would be a real sleeper that could take some people's money...
Are you the infamous porkboy696 from Tundra solutions? You finally got a Titan....
i see my reputation precedes me. you must be one of those *****y little sissies from over there. i couldnt believe that place, i got booted from the board for posting in the NISSAN TITAN thread. i was orginally posting in the other threads but everyone cried so i went EXCLUSIVELY to the TITAN thread to post, and i still got the boot. amazing. why i got booted for talking about the TITAN in the NISSAN TITAN thread still confuses me.

I read all those postings and didn't see anything out of the ordinary in what you were posting, certainly nothing derogatory.
I just love trucks......I have a ford as well but it's a 3/4 ton for the camper and boat.
They are a real loyal bunch over there, and it takes very little to get banned there.

thank you, i had people supporting me over there saying the same things as you but the moderators thought otherwise. editing my posts and all without telling me, that happened here, still not happy about it...

Reason: i don't want a post in my name written by words that I DIDN'T SAY, that infringes on my free speech right

A 4Door Hemi jumped me from a light by a length and as I was obviously reeling him in quickly he hit the brakes and I'm sure declared victory to his Hemi buddies.
As for the regular cab Hemi vs the Titan CC, MT Magazine has the Titan CC at 0-60 in 7.2 and the Hemi RC in 6.8 due to the weight differential. MT also clocked the new Chevy SSR in 7.4. Can't wait to get beside one of those at a lite.
