Just to give an update to what I have gained.. I live in the Pocono's alot of mountain driving. I went from 12-13mpg to 16-17 after the Bank's and Volant install and yes I have a 4x4.. The power and response has greatly improved since the installs.

How many miles on the clock? There seems to be a significant break in improvement. I am now at 16.6 mixed city/hwgy at 7,000 miles in stock condition, quite a bit of this is in foothills of the Colorado Rockies between 6 to 7,000 ft. elevation.

I'm sitting at 5200 miles.. I'm sure happy I finally was able to get 16-17 mpg's. I know some folks complain about the Banks and Volant, but it's done nothing but help me out with MPG's and power/response! I'm not sure what the elevation is out here, I'm originally from Iowa and only been living here couple of years. A buddy of mine owns a 2004 2500 4x4 Dodge Ram with a Hemi and he's getting 15-16 after Volant and American Thunder dual exhaust install.

No, I was playing golf at Mt. Airy all day Saturday then walked for Relay for Life later that night then I was off to Pocono Brewing Company for some cold beers!

Can't speak to your state, but I have a primer for Ohio Titan owners:
1. 16 is the age of sexual consent. As long as it's consentual, its all good, just don't take pictures or give them alcohol (or keep them out past 2300 hrs in my town, curfew violation known as "wrongful influence").
2. at 18 it is all good and you can take pictures
3. at 21 game on, alcohol, pictures...
If anyone needs the rules for 14 and 15 or under 13 (sick bastards) let me know.
Speaking of fuel effeciency... I've just broken 7500 miles, with no modifications (yet), and I'm getting about 16.5MPG mostly highway driving. There was a huge change in fuel consumption in the 5000-7000 mile range, I was very pleased. - Some of that also had to do with no longer needing to stomp on the gas every time I accellerated. I'm down to stomping only once a day... maybe twice. I find that sometimes I can cruise down the road at 35MPH using only the heat radiating from my foot to press against the gas pedal! (minor exaggeration perhaps) - though if you're gentle with it, just a little bit of gas can coast the truck for miles. -- Not that this is how I've achieved the decent gas mileage mind you... but if I mind my driving behavior + a few mods, I have no doubt I'll be able to reach the 18MPG Highway driving benchmark.
I have plans to go with the Flowmaster 70 Sereis dual in\dual out + K&N aftermarket intake, which (thanks to this forum) is helping me to figure out what I want. I'm also researching some kind of a subtle tonneau cover solution, to reduce the tailgate drag... if anyone has found one, please let me know.
I've also noticed, with the wallet gouging 28 Gallon gas tank... I can take the needle to 1/8th of an inch below E, and filling up the tank will only take ~24.5 gallons. Has anyone else noticed this? - That logic tells me (with 3+ gallons left in the tank as a reserve) that I should be able to take the needle more than 1/4" below E but I've not got the nerve to take it there yet.
(not looking forward to pushing the Titan through a crowded intersection to a parking-lot in the summer).

I know that with an 1/8th showing on the gauge, I still have around 8 gallons left.
