Ok, I realize NISMO has not put out any specific parts for the Titan yet, but there are some generic parts avalible for bot looks and performance.
Anyone who Tows, Off-roads, or races the Titan or anny other Nissan should invest $30 on the Nismo Radiator cap. After installing it primarly as an engine dress up i noticed my engine was running noticably cooler (here in TX at 105 degrees with A/C running thats impressive) and is a good investment for all those Titan workhourses and playthings out there.
I know something as small as aradiator cap seems cheesy, but it has made a difference in my truck.
As more parts from NISMO come available for the Titan i will be testing them. An Intake and exhaust should be available in the next few months.

Also available are oil filler cap and gas cap which are both just eye candy and neat little dress up pieces.

From what i understand, it raises the internal pressure, which changes the boiling point. How this works or exactly why, I dont know, but i'm pretty sure my gauges aren't lying to me.

Ahh.
Higher pressure relates to a higher poiling point of liquid. So your new radiator cap vents at lower pressure - thereby lower boiling temperature. http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/hframe.html
Got it.
But I think a lower boiling point also relates to reduced radiator efficiency. Lowering the temp may not be as good as it sounds.
Temp gage usually measures radiator temp and not engine temp. You may never know there is a problem until it's too late. But I'm electrical, not too familiar with thermodynamics.
All NISMO generic parts and also S-tune parts are covered under waranty, R- tune and non Nissan/NISMO parts can possibly void your warranty.
The NISMO radiator/oil/fuel caps are direct factory replacments for OEM and come from the factory on some models.
If NISMO has a street legal turbo kit (i'm not aware of any for current models) It will not void the warranty as long as its installed at a Nissan certified shop. If you have recently purchased a new nissan, there is guide for nissan warranties in your book.
Also , I beleive Jim Wolf Technologies is goingto be releasing a low boost turbo for street/track applications of the Titans 5.6.

I think it's the other way around:
Radiator cap vents at higher pressure
This raises the boiling point of the cooling liquid, and also allows the liquid to absorb more heat from the engine (before it boils). Since the volume of the liquid is constant, this same volume of liquid can now transport more energy (heat) from the engine. This would maybe lower the engine temp, but raise the temperature of the cooling liquid.
I'm not sure if the Titan's radiator would have any 'spare' cooling capacity needed to cool this hotter liquid down to the temps experienced before the radiator cap mod.
Nice theory... But I must be missing something since it still doesn't explain why you would see lower temps on your gage...(assuming the gage shows cooling liquid temp).
Any experts out there?

you have the right idea on how the heat transfer works, I can only assume that with the higher temp/boiling point there is little steam in the radiator, again assuming there could be small pockets. This could give the coolant a free flowing path. Kind of like cleaning out a blocked artery. Cooling then could be better with the heat out to the air passing in the radiator.
I'm sure we could nuke this problem out to it's fullest.

NISMO has put out parts for all their current vehicles minus the Titan and Quest. There is allready a intake and exhaust kit for the newer frontier, and I've heard about the new on and off road applications from NISMO for the Titan and Armada.
I am personaly waiting for the NISMO Intake, My exhaust is going to be a custom side out style, and i will be using NISMO for most of my vehicle modifications.
I am also waiting/hoping for a nice set of NISMO rims similar to the ones on the S-tune Frontier.

it's probably going to cost way more than it's worth; i'd guess $800 - $1000 for the complete exhaust system. you can get something else just as good for 1/2 the price.
