Here are some high flow cat Cajun pipes I built this weekend. One set is 2.5" and the other is 2.25". One set is made with Resonators which resemble cats. Can you tell the difference? These pipes are made with cat forward design which I wanted so I wouldnt have to lenghten the rear sensor wires. I installed the resonator pipes on my 05 Titan and it made the exhaust tone a little deeper. These pipes should kill the CIS and rasp that plagues the titan with high flowing exhaust. What do yall think of my creations?

The ones on my left are the Vibrant bottle resonators. I put extended bungs on them also to resemble cat bpipes. I installed the vibrant pipes which are 2.5" on my titan tonight and the tone got deeper, not louder. I really cant gauge what they would sound like due to having a Ultraquite installed also post muffler. Took it for a ride and I can tell you No loss of low end if you know what I mean. Here are some pics of them installed with the sensor wires connected and one of me and the spun cat pipes.

You offering trade in's for legacy buyers?
LOL, I wish I could but you will be taken care of for sure!! Just took me some time to get things worked out, Been busy working and welding at home. I know these will fit a 2wd but I need a local 4wd to come by for a test fit before I feel comfortable to ship them.

greetings, so if by cab forward you mean they are now upstream from sensors? in that case does that mean the sensors do something now/ IDK I thought they were useless the way OEM is set up

The Cat forward design does put the cats in front of the factory floor pan heat shields but I feel thats minor inconvenience with not having to cut and splice sensor harness wires.. If there is a 4wd in my area I can use for a test fit I would appreciate it....

The rear sensor on the stock set up just checked to see if the cats were doing there job. The rear sensor will be behind the high flow cat with a extended bung to help keep the cel off. This is a perfect setup for post headers. Drtyzan did this and helped me out with the design.

Here is a set I built for a guy in Texas, 2.5" versions. Thanks to all the guys who have helped me with this design. I really appreciate all the input and advise and kind words. This site is full of awesome people and great information...I have a guy from the site coming to the shop next Tuesday for a fitment of the Cajuns with cats on a 4wd. I should have the 4wd pipes ready to go next week. Now I may have to get a 4wd...maybe pro4x....
