I cannot see it in the datalog from the print screens, but what does the timing advance look like? Are you in the high 20s and low 30s?

Also worth mentioning, it seems like the air fuel ratio enrichment delay is still in place. It holding a lean air/fuel mixture until it is most of the way through 1st gear.
A few screen shots, didn't wanna do 8 more so I just did the start, shift point and end of the run.

Re: UpRev & JBA Long Tube's

Timing seems like it could be a little higher, maybe 2-4* in places, but that is something that is going to have to be played with.

I'd love it to lockup in 5th at about 55 MPH. 40-45 seems way low

Re: UpRev & JBA Long Tube's

Off to log some more now that I have 91 Octane! Full tank tonight, but no passenger. Should equal out as far as weight. Hoping to see a 7.1-7.2 with 91.

Any tips on launching in 4WD, or should I not mess with it because I don't have the burn out mod? I guess I could try it and see how much timing it pulls.....

I'm going to have to do a video of it it's, because the shift from 1-2 has a delay but you can feel when it gets into gear.. I know that in my first two years of having the truck I had a intermediate harsh shifting problem.. They had to reflash theTCU in order to fix it. The shifts at that time was hard Enough to shake the rear view mirror during normal driving..

Yep, it pulls down to 900-1000 rpm @ 40 mph under light load, the engine pulls the load just fine, although it runs a little rough.

I would two foot it from idle, but time it so that as soon as you roll on the gas, you are coming off the brake as you reach 1,000-1,500 rpm. Don't spend any length of time power braking it as it will pull timing and throttle.

Re: UpRev & JBA Long Tube's

Various bits of extensions 1" to 3" in 1/2" and 3/4" socket size will help a lot in getting the headers on and off. Also, it will help prevent slipping and rounding a nut!
