Both systems are good. Try looking into the MXP intake by airaid as an alternative.
I'm very happy with my volant CAI. By far the most significant power modification that I've done, far more impressive than the BDGT or 2.5" catless b pipes.
Between those 2 choices I would go with the volant.

And if i did go volant. Should i also get the air scoop as well or stick with just the cai
The scoop is junk bro, just do the 4" ram-air mod. Volant produced more gain on the dyno but that was before MXP. I was happy with the Volant for 3 1/2 yrs and trade to the mustang 4"

I'd say everyone likes the one they have. I'd just go with the cheaper of the two. I have the Volant and it looks great, sounds aggressive(a bit like a wookie in a box) and gave good gains. I did have a MAF fail about 6 months after the install... Probably not related though.

I have the Banks exhaust and Volant CAI.
A switch won't produce results that you would notice so it's an aesthetic choice.
Volant and mxp Airaid claim the same numbers and dyno sheet claims looks pretty close to me. I got the volant because it is fully enclosed other than the entry point at the fender. I spend a lot of time messing around in the back woods of FT Riley in the mud and water. The airaid has way too many opens for water to enter the housing, my last airaid always had water and mud sitting in the box. No problems with volant. This wasn't on a Titan, but I think I would have gotten same results whether or not it was Chevy or Titan. I have a Volant sitting at the house waiting to be installed on the Titan.
