Good morning everyone. I know that there are probably topics and posts about what I am about to ask, but I work out in the sticks and have to rely on company satellite internet where it takes more than a couple minutes to load a page. I am finally ready to pull the trigger on an exhaust to compliment my airaid missle CAI and from the bits and pieces I have found online it appears the Magnaflow Catback, part number 16780, adds the most torque and horsepower out of a stock Titan. I could be wrong, but I am going off the popular post from Club Titan when Titan exhausts are googled. Now the post is over five years old so I am sure the information has changed. If so I would please like to know what the best current Cat Back exhaust system is at the moment. I am looking to not lose low end torque and add as much torque and horsepower as possible. Honestly, I plan on just having the Airaid CAI, the exhaust system, and Bully Dog GT as my performance mods. All input and advice is welcome. Thank you for your help people!

I'd weigh your options. For $600+ you can go a lot of different directions with a cat-back. There are a ton of threads about exhaust, sucks your Internet is meager.
What sort of volume level are you looking for close to stock, somewhat aggressive or wake the dead loud?

Check out the gibson dual extreme or split rear. This system doesn't use a muffler with packing and is a straight through design. This will give you the performance you want without having a muffler that will eventually blow out the packing. I am not 100% sure on the gains but I know 04greent works for gibson and said the side swept kit will give you 15hp and 15 torque. the dual extreme is a bit more aggressive and should give you about the same gains. If your interested let me know and I will hook you up with JB from legit accessories number and he will be able to hook you up with a really good deal. I got my gibson MME through him. I guarantee he can get you any 3 of the systems I mentioned for an excellent price.

^^^ What he said. I have the Gibson sideswept and I like it. (It was between the Gibson or JBA for me.) Tame at startup, idle, and cruise. Step on it and it makes some noise. I didn't get it until after headers and b-pipes though, so I can't say how it will do on yours.
If you do end up getting a Gibson or JBA, you could get a set of b-pipes and still be under your Magnaflow budget ($600). I'd get a couple sets of Nissan OEM gaskets though, it may save you some trouble with codes. There is a Borla XR1 muffler in the pics as well, it's the smaller muffler. That Gibson muffler is ginormous. Lol
My PRT b-pipes are built very nice (pic below). I paid a little more since I have the catted version. On stock mani's, non-catted should sound pretty good and open up your exhaust quite a bit.
I had the Gibson Side Swept on my 05 and LOVED it. As others have said it had a nice tame growl on start up then was barely noticable (slighly louder than stock) at idle, then nice and mean at WOT. I am leaning towards the MME thanks to Osiris's review and videos! My wife and 2 y/o are gonna hate it though...actually my 2 y/o will love it as she always tells me to "vroom daddy" whenever I get on it now with stock setup, lol. Good luck and keep us posted.
Thanks for all the help guys! I am going to start looking into Gibson today. I just do not want to lose low end torque so I will probably look into their two in one out system.

Alright after taking half the morning to load a video on youtube, and surfing google on the Gibson exhaust and the PRT B-Pipes I have decided that I will get both. The Gibson Swept Side (Part NO. 612208), I always prefer stainless steel to aluminized, and the PRT B-Pipes along with it. It seems like both of them will go well with the Airaid Missile I have and make all my highway driving a lot more fun.

I just installed the complete Magnaflow Catback and am very happy with the quality and sound. It has a perfect tone and rumble with stock manifolds and b-pipes.
