Got the Koyo rad and Long TruCool installed tonight. I've never done a radiator install before, so we took our time and enjoyed some brews along the way.
Cracked rad came out well with no issues. Koyo dropped in perfectly. TruCool went in without a hitch. Replaced all the hoses and clamps, no prob. Then we thought we tightened everything down. Warmed her up to temp and checked for any leaks. None. Took it for a spin around the block; stopped and checked for leaks. None. So, after running it for about 30 minutes I opened it from 0-60. Came back home and parked it. Popped the hood to check everything out again and heard something. I was leaking tranny fluid. One of the hoses popped off and blew fluid all over the underside rear section. Retightened all the hose clamps and had to add a quart of fluid after learning how to check the AT fluid. Hopefully everything is good now, I'm tired!
I'll add some pics tomorrow and some more info. It's a good thing I didn't commit to a header install in 2 hours.
Very nice on the install. When I did my SR4588 install I had a leak as well nut it happend on first start up, that trans pumped out almost 3/4 of a quart in like 6 seconds lol. The line that came loose was that feed line coming up the side of the radiator on passenger side behind that foam insulation stuff, it was kind of a pita to get to.
Can't wait to see some pics of that Koyo. I bet its awesome quality for sure.
Oh and if u would snap a pic of the Koyo rad cap lol.

Make sure to go back and retighten those clamps ever so often like at oil changes. I double clamped mine for chits & giggles. You should have 20* cooler tranny temps now. Congrats!
Some pics added. There is an Allen screw at the bottom of the rad. I don't know what it's for but it has a tiny leak in it. It's about 1 drop per hour. Lol! Anyway, I'll probably drop some Loctite on it or something. My T is still recovering from all the tranny fluid from underneath, so I wiped it down as best I could. Gonna have to retighten all of the clamps again. It's a shame such a pretty radiator is completely covered up. If you guys want any specific pics, let me know!
Milenko: there was no rad cap included with mine, but the OEM fit perfect and doesn't leak surprisingly.
Edit: here is the Allen screw I'm talking about; it's right next to where the lower hose attaches. I didn't even see it until the rad was already in. Anyone know what it's for?
Looking good Jbowles. Temp sensor plug is a cool added touch for sure. Notice the fan cowl cover fit a little ill. Mine fitted the same. After seeing pics of Gweasel naked rad, I went naked too.
Look how sexy she looks, plus you save a little over a lbs. at the nose..

oh yeah, i forgot to mention to you as well about removing the OEM fan shroud lol. I would leave it off. Do you have any more pictures of how the OEM shroud fits the Koyo, seems like there is quite a bit of space.
Plus i dunno if the Airaid MXP you have is touching the shroud now, it would be peace of mind to pull shroud off and keep it from rubbing.
Just remember without the shroud, don't go sticking fingers down in there lol.
