This is a really cool story about the build up of one of the most powerful NA VQ35DE engines built by the recent SG-Motorsports.
I thought it was cool b/c it talks about Jim Wolf's C9 and C10 and Grand Am camshafts, plus other parts and how the VQ responds. With Dynographs, mentions headwork and use of the best ITBs... JENVEY!!!
The VQ35De is dayum near identical to the VK56 minus two cylinders, but the DE version only has CVTCS on the intake side, and most of JWT cam designs for the VK56 derived from the VQ35.
Trust me its a good read and other 5-10 mins of your time.
(firelife this is what i was tellin you about the other day)
Enjoy!
Here is a video of this engine or one just like it that makes 375rwhp all motor in a 350z track car. Pretty sick vid!
