You would have to take the same truck to the dyno with all the available exhaust systems boxed up in your bed (Banks, JBA, Gibson, etc). Start out with some base line runs, then install each exhaust system doing several runs per system with the ECU reset each time. That would be very costly.

Honestly, comparing different people's dynos with different exhausts will not yield any great conclusions, as you can take 10 bone stock Titans from different parts of the country and get 10 different sets of dyno results, EVEN if you did them all on the same dyno.... Not to mention differentiations in climates and altitudes all over the country.

Do you have a specific exhaust system in mind? It sounds like you are openly searching for the most power-yielding system.?

If so, then the Banks is the most power-adding (but thats only because its what I bought ). I'm sure every owner of a different system will tell you that there's is the best too even without having the others first.

thank you for the reply... i figure the banks system makes the most power simply becuase of the straight through design and the fact that it utilizes a 3 inch pipe all the way through.

You might see a slight advantage in the low end torque with other exhaust systems OVER the Banks, but I was able to correct that by replacing the resonators with 3" straight pipes.
I think for the rest of the power band, the Banks has the advantage over most available cat-backs because of the reasons you listed.

You might also look into a custom system. In some instances they don't cost any more than the Banks. Try to do a search for SammySandbag's exhaust. He used a nice crossover pipe and Flowmaster(s) if I remember correctly. UNFORTUNATELY, most affordable exhaust/muffler shops don't do mandrel bending on sight, so your pipe diamater won't be constant which adds to back pressure.

The mandrel bends on the Banks are very nice and the welds are almost perfect on my system. No complaints. NICE Looking chrome tip also.
