Fog light wiring

So the situation is thus, I bought an XE without any of the frills. No offroad package, no Big Tow, just some overhead storage bins, and that's pretty much it.

I'd really like to get the factory fog lamps, and I know you can get the turn signal stem with the switch, the problem is that since I don't have the afore mentioned packages, I don't have the wiring harness plugins that would usually be down by fog lamp cutouts. I'd like to keep the interior of the truck as stock looking as possible, so I'd like to use the turn signal with integrated fog on/off, is there any way to do this?
