Free Cat-back System

JBA is looking for a 2004-2005 Titan V8 4 x 4 for some new product development. The vehicle must be in the San Diego area and completely stock in order to be considered for this offer. JBA will require use of the truck for 1-2 days. In exchange for use of the vehicle you will receive a free JBA cat-back exhaust system. If you are interested email JBA with your contact information and vehicle specs.

I think I really want thier evol exhaust system. I like the fact that its 3in. piping, should sound nice and deep, from the sound clips on thier site it flat out sounds nasty(in a good way).

I have had the JBA exhaust on my truck for a month or so now and it has a terrible rasp under load. Almost like a "marbles in a tin can" sound coming from my tailpipe. Im not the only one either, as one of the other JBA owners here has it too. He just got used to it. I cannot. My best guess is that the louvered core muffler and resonators have to do with it. I have tried to contact them in hopes of finding a solution but nobody has responded. In fact, im about to remove the system and sell it.

Besides the sound, the right side flange did not sit tight against the factory flange, and i had to have an exhaust shop fix it. Asides from these problems, the quality of materials seems to be there. Hopefully JBA can step up to the plate and fix mine, and others problems but until then.

My $350 dollar mistake. Dont make it for yourself.
