True Flow Intake

Just wondering if anyone has this intake system yet. I did a search and the last time someone asked was July.

I had it...for a few weeks, then swapped it for the K&N 77 intake. I didn't notice much, if any difference in the response. The K&N made a difference. By the way, I have had no MAF sensor issues at all.

Thanks HVACman. In reading your modifications, did you use your stock rims with those tires and lift?

I like them but I can't evaluate them for snow yet. On wet pavement you really need to be carefull!, they want to slip. So I would infer that the deeper the snow, the better the traction. I would also guess that they are pretty crappy on ice, but I don't have any experience to draw on. They do make some noise, worst when the tire noise frequency matches the engine rpm - its asprin time. Fortunatly, this happens only briefly, around 30 mph. At hwy speeds it's no more noticable than my Flowmaster 40. You will feel the tire cleats when rolling to a stop. I'm told that they are much quieter than mud tires. On the plus side they really scream when you spin them .

I had Bridgstone A/T Revo's on my pathfinder. Man how I wish they were made in the size I need, those were some great tires!

hope this helps.
