A few noteworthy items.

First, i replaced the JBA resonators with the stockers in hopes of reducing the rasp i was having. I ended up down on power and noise. not cool.

Second, is that i went to volant again for the second test fit of the ram air tube and went home with one. Although still a prototype, it works extremely well at higher speeds and seems to increase throttle response and power on the freeway. I have to go back once more when they get the correct bolts to secure the tube using the tow hook bolt threads but it shouldnt be long before they are done.

yeah, unfortunately the scoop doesn't cover the whole tow hook hole. I asked about it several times during my test fitment butg got no word on weather theyt would try to incorporate the whole bumper space.

By the way, mine is held in place with nothing but the band clamp and a single screw and is solid.

Please Ask Volant If They Have A Plan For Trucks With Offroad Pkg Tow Hooks To Be Able To Use The Intake Ram.
