dual magnaflow exhaust with custom tips

Hello all, just got my new exhaust installed. It was well worth it. I when with a magnaflow system with the built in X-pipe. I made my own custom chrome exhaust tips. I plan on wiring up some red led's in the tips. They will be a dim red when the lights are on an brighter when I step on the brakes. I also installed my new folding tonneau cover. I still have to seal my tailgate a little better though.
Later all, Dan.

Nice job on the tips!!!! That must have taken you a few minuets to do. Turned out great though! What do you think of the magnaflow? How'd you choose them? How do you like the folding cover? How water tight so far? ...As you can see from all my questions.... I'm still in need of an exhaust and a cover. Any other upgrades in the future for you?

new stuff coming

Hello all again, I had the face plates for the tips laser cut out. The tips are made in 2 sections. I actually have a removable bottom plate bolted on so I can install the red lights. The outside is chromed and I powder coated the inside. The magnaflow sounds great, I can't keep off the pedal now. It only cost $340, I figure for the price why pay an extra buck fifty for banks. I got the fold-a-cover for $575 with S/H. It seals up great, but there's 2 spots at the front of the bed where I'll have to lay some clear rtv down to seal it better. I'm going to put some weatherstripping on the tailgate, I got some snow in the bed, need to fix that. I installed a K&N drop-in and moded the air intake box for better flow. I'm going to work on some running boards that slide out like the escalade with remote, it's too cold out to start on that project right now. I'm still making grills for the truck, I bought a spare whole grill section so I don't have to keep taking my set off to make sure everything fits right. Going to buy some chrome 20's in February, I'm also going to sandblast my old 18's and powder coat them a black chrome just for the heck of it. I'm also tempted to make my own custom euro tail lights with led's, I'm tired of waiting for someone to come out with them, I'll do it myself. When it gets warmer out I'll take some more pictures.

Later all, Dan.

P.S.
For those of you that have one of my grills could you please post some pics.

Looks great!
Where can the grill inserts be purchased?
