Just back from a tour at the Stillen facility in Costa Mesa with our Z club and a couple other locals. One of them was Greg V. from Mossy Performance as well.
We did a lil chatting with the guys about brakes (In the brakes section on this site), exhaust etc on the Titan and got the following information.
Well low and behold, inside there were 2 Titans tucked nicely in one of the development areas. One Titan a loaner from Nissan and the owner belongs to Steve Millens son Alex (Hope I remembered the name correctly!). Alex has the Stillen dual exhaust setup on his truck and allowed me to take some photos below.
On the next post within this thread, you will see the Nissan loaner with some mock-up urethane fender flares.
Other than the brake info I posted on the other part of the site here...We also got a little bit of info about the Stillen Supercharger! Yep, even got a peek of the mock-up of it but sorry guys no photos. It is in the 'prototype' stage right now and will be hitting the streets within the next two months.
So are they still developing the new Y pipe, or are they just replacing from the muffler back? (The pics you posted shows the stock Y pipe) Seems like they would go with a reso-back or even a cat-back system like their competition.
Is it just that I'm spoiled with my Banks single, but does that seem like a lot of pipe to go around the spare just to come out on the left side for a dual system??
Wouldn't it have been better to be a true dual rather than a single into the muffler and a double out?
I don't see where there would be much of a performance gain with that configuration they have now using the stock "Y" unless their muffler is a much easier flow through . . .
But, hey, what do I know?
I'm more impressed with the brake kit and the supercharger, not that I can afford either one right now but something tells me I'm going to be tempted.

I agree.....should include mandrel-bent y-pipe. Factory y is very restrictive.

what size supercharger is that? also, it looks like it hits the edge near the windshield or close to it and doesn't allow much engine movement or is it just cause of the camera angle?
Nice pics there of Steve Millen's Sons truck, who name is Kyle by the way. I just wanted to put my two cents in since I sold him that truck. One of the First MY05 in OC.
