My Local muffler shop had a choice, Flowmaster, Magnaflow and Borla. After I picked up all the mufflers and inspected them. The Borla was much lighter than the others and seemed to better air flow. http://www.borla.com/proxs/pages/muflrdual.php
The shop custom made pipes and welded all the joints and let me choose from many different tips and where I wanted the pipes to go. He painted all the welds with silver heat paint to resist corrosion and to improve the appearance. The whole setup was $350.00 installed. It was $50.00 less if I went with the Flowmaster. I am very pleased with my exhaust. Attached is some pics
Thanks for your included links. I was curious though about your upgrades to different brake pads and stainless steel lines.
If you have the time I'd like to hear about your results with the new pads and line. Was there a problem with the oem components?
TIA
Ralph
I've been meaning to post about my install of the brake stuff but haven't had the time to get the pics loaded. After having them on the truck now for a few weeks I feel they help the truck stop shorter than before; there is less brake dust on the front wheels; and the pedal feel is less mushy. No problems removing any of the stock lines or bleeding the entire system. I'll put the pics and add more details in an install thread soon.

Thanks Cperki1 for the clip. I've been waiting to hear what Borla sounds like on a Titan. They ain't cheap but at least IMHO it sounds like it cost...

There was only a $50 price difference in the Borla vs Flowmaster. Flows are nice, but drone pretty bad and tend to loose all tone when the engine is above 5k. The Borla is a freeflowing system, while the Flows are not.
I put a Banks Exhaust system on mine for $750. There was a significant increase in power - and noise. Banks claims a 92% increase in flow through the exhaust. I love the power but am now seeking ways to lower the exhaust sound inside the truck. It sounds great for short trips but on long ones it gets old and competes with the 350 watt sound system.
