The Ganon leveling kit is the best kit you can get for your titan. I researched several kits, Daystar, CTS, and the Gregs Prerunner kit is best overall. I installed mine this weekend and the look is awesome. I have an 04 CC 4x4. I am extremely pleased with the kit. you will be to.

No, not at all. The Daystar is the one that has been causing problems.

Did the Gagnon kit cost about 200 dollars and did it make the truck appear level? Iwant to buy it but someone told me to look into coil over. Does this make sense to you?

I think it was $199 shipped. I'm very pleased with mine. Greg made a custom 1.75" front lift for me. See pics...

The coil-overs I'm interested in are the Donahoe Racing adjustable coil-overs for most likely a 4.5" Max lift, [edit: Greg, (PRG), states that without taller spindals, 2 1/2" to 3" is all you can do, even with the DR adjustable coil-overs. See post #16], and the Nismo coil-over no lift upgrades to ours. I assume the Nismo can be used with PRG levelers. [So you could go ahead and get the PRG kit now].
[edit: Greg is checking on compatibility of his PRG leveling kit with the Nismo/Bilstein non-lift coil-over. See post #18]
Sounds like both will be out Spring of '05. The Nismo, (Bilstein), are supposed to be in the $400-500 price range + $200 for PRG, and you'll have a very nice system.

The DR coil-overs should be around $1000, since the Toyota are just under that. With the higher lift capability of a DR front you might want Add-a leaf to raise the back an 1"-1 1/2" ~$150 ? Or spend the big $ for Deaver leaf springs to your specified lift. Not sure on the price of the Deaver leaf pack. In either (leaf), case you might need new rear shock upgrades too. So you're talking substantially more money for a 4"- 4 1/2" DR setup than the 2"-2 1/2" PRG or PRG/Nismo combo.

swarren1,

OK you got my attention, you mentioned a 4.5" "somewhat," lift. Is this some sort of kit or are you buying parts and putting together something on your own? On the Donahoe Racing site they only mention Toyota and Ford. I want to lift my truck but I want something smaller than the typical 6" or 7" lifts from CST, Fabtech or Procomp

ErikArrow- sorry about asking another question on your thread.

Thanks,
DJ

The DR is to be an adjustable coil-over kit made specifically for the Titan.

The only thing I know is what the other members state in the thread that I gave the link to. They said March availability. I hope maybe one of them will give us an update. A 3"-4.5" lifted Titan sounds perfect to me. Of course for the money, a 2 1/2"edit: for the 4x4 2" max front lift, for coil-overs or PRG w/o additional mods, ... So a 2" PRG kit doesn't sound too bad either, especially if it will work with the Nismo/Bilstein no-lift coil-overs, once they are available.
