I have it sitting here in my kitchen (ahh the upside to being divorced) I will install it this weekend, get a little cornering action in on it, and give you guys some feedback. I don’t think it will negatively affect the off road ability of the truck. It could potentially get caught on a rock, but I think it would take a lot to unseat this thing, especially if the braces are welded to the rear axle.
More to come.............
Oh my K&N FIPK showed up today also, so I will put that and the TB spacer on this weekend also. More pics sooooooon..........

Swaybars severely restrict your maximum "articulated" suspension travel off-road. If you don't do any rock-crawling you're probably OK. I don't think it will have much of an effect while towing unless you enjoy hard cornering with a trailer. I followed my wife around an on-ramp in my car and the Titan leans pretty bad in back. Mine is on now and I can't wait for the test drive later.
The Hellwig is on. I will take some pictures tomorrow night and post them. I am going to drive the truck around for a few days to see if there is any movement of the mounts. It was an easy installation. No real issues. I took the truck out for a short drive, but did not get it on a good twisty road to see how it handles. The few corners that I did take felt good, I really want to get the car on the trailer and see how it tows.
Sorry for not posting pic's its getting dark, and I dont think they would turn out real well.
I will also take a ton of measurements and call PMLI about the diff cover to see if we are going to get lucky enough to put one on with the sway bar.
I will let you know.

Pic's of the Hellwig installed on an offroad packaged 4x4
Ok guys here are the pic's of the Hellwig on my toy. I will be taking a lot of measurements tonight so I can call PMLI and hopefully find out some good news. But for now here are the pic's I promised. Oh also the sway bar is perfectly level, it looks funny in the photos, because everything around it is angled (axle, shocks ect...).

Thanks for the update Vector. I am waiting with my fingers crossed, to see if the PMLI cover works with the sway bar.
I think there would be plenty of room. You could always rotate the mounts on the axle tubes slightly rearward and gain even more. I have the 05 cover and there is plenty of space. If you had to you could even trim the fins slightly in just that one area too.
So are we going to get an actual road test report guys? Someone needs to take their sway bar equipped Titan down some twisties and tell us what you think. So far sounds like a good deal, but is it really worth it? I haven't felt any serious body roll, but maybe I'm just used to trucks.
This will pertain to you most, because you have been following me through this pretty closely.
I spoke with Brent at PMLI today and he took a couple of measurements for me from the bottom of the diff cover to the center (largest fin) in the verticle. Basing his dimensions off the bottom of the gasket flange to the outer point of the cooling fin prior to it starting its radius in to the 90 and going verticle. He says there is 1.75" in that area at 4.5" out from the gasket flange.
Taking that same measurement on my truck I get 2" to the top of the sway bar from the bottom of the gasket flange.
I am afaraid that we would have a hard contact with the PMLI Differential cover.
I dropped the nuts on the trailing links to the sway bar, and only gained .25" of drop at the differential cover from the sway bar. That puts me right at the bottom of the differential cover for a contact point.
I also spoke with Gilbert at Hellwig, I wanted to see how much flex there was during full suspension articulation Left or Right and how much the sway bar would move in the center with suspension motion. He claims that the center of the bar will not move at all, or at least should not move at all during suspension articulation.
So I think we are stuck with the 2005 differential cover for the Hellwig modification. I will be ordering up the Nissan part instead. I hope someone else has a little more cash that they can spare and can attempt to put the PMLI on with the Hellwig. I would like to see if it is a hard contact and if it would rub at all while using the truck off road or on twisty roads.
I think I have taken this one about as far as I can. Sorry guys. Someone else will have to go the distance if they want to truly find the end of the rainbow.

So far I have been driving the truck non stop since I put the Hellwig on, I will say it does a really nice job of keeping the truck from having the wallowy rear end feel I originally freaked out about when going around corners. The truck stays pretty level around hard corners now. Its a real improvement over stock. BUY THE D@MN thing. Its worth it!
I am hoping to test it under tow conditions on July 8th (its my next car show with the Vector, so that will be my true test). I think Its going to make a drastic improvement while towing, just based on how it feels vs. stock while cornering.
$175 delivered is a great deal for this mod!
