what now?

My duals will not allow for a hitch because they are where a hitch would be bolted. Didn't think about this at install. Any suggestions.

1.) Buy another Titan just for towing.

2.) Or go see the muffler shop.

I vote #1 myself.

That leaves #1 you lucky dog.

How about in front of the rear tires like they use to do it?

Here's a picture with it behind the tire but I don't like it like that because rocks and mud are always slamming into it.

This shows a Ford (yuk, yuk, patooey) Ranger with the exhaust in front of the rear wheels. I have always liked it. 65 mustangs had it like that.

have the ehxaust cut where it goes over the axel and levels back out, and have the hitch installed and go directly below the hitch. all it ends up being is that the exit is about 2-3" lower than right up under the bumper, and in the same location as far as distance between them(left and right).

Thanks for the tip. Are your exhaust tips 2 to 3 inches from the bottomof bumper? I like them to be as close to bumper without touching.

i have mine on the bottom of the bumper with about 1/2" of space, but i helped a guy do that on his dodge. he had the same issue as you did, and all we did is cut the pipe from the back of the muffler(cut the welds) and heated them up and bent them down just a little to give enough room for the hitch. the easiest way to do it is to remove the pipes, install the hitch and then adjust your pipes to fit.

If your load and tongue weight are not too great you may be able to get away with just a bumper hitch.

Well I tow alot. I had them out of the back. I felt that I was breathing too much exhaust when I was backing and adjusting the hook up to the boat. Then New Years Eve an old women was going to grocery store for some black eyed peas for some good luck for the new year and she rear ended me. When I had my truck fixed I had the muffler shop switch it to out of the sides and I like it 10x's Better. No I dont have old school F150 Country boy duals anymore. Here are some pics.
