New Titan diff cover

Greetings, I am the design engineer and I am seeking feedback on our latest differential cover design for Titans. The cover is cast aluminum and features 3/4qt additional capacity, fill and magnetic drain plugs, extensive cooling fins, and a boss for the addition of a temperature probe.

Well...

I think if you could arrange the cooling fins to say "Eat This", then you might be on to something...

Seriously, I have no problem with your design and I expect it will sell just fine. My differential cover, however, came from the factory just fine and continues to be that way. Good luck in your endeavor.

Does it need to use two drain plugs because of the extra capacity? As you probably know, Nissan's '05 finned cover has no drain opening, just one for fill, as the drain opening is in the rear differential housing.

All of our differential covers have magnetic drain plugs to make servicing a snap. Most differentials require you to remove the cover in order to drain them.

The Titan has a drain plug located in the differential housing, not in the cover. The cover does not need to be removed for service. If there is also a drain plug in the cover, there will be two drain plugs.
