I need the skinny on MOD Chips
OK, I am a novie to MODS, I have seen MOD chips on ebay for the Titan, claim to give you 20hp, what's the real skinny? WHat are the good ones to buy???

Those on ebay are a sham, No real world tuner chip is on the market yet(that I know of)
