Anyone ever heard of a Mileage Master?

I came across this on Jacobs Electronics' webpage, but I have no idea if it will work on the Titan.

My question would be how does this control the amount of fuel through the injectors? Seems to me that you may end up with fuel not getting burned in the combustion chamber and causing premature cat failure along with more carbon buildup.

Even if it will do what they say it won't work on the 5.6 engine. We have individual "coil packs" at each plug.

Don't Buy from Jacobs!

I bought a product similar to the milage master from Jacobs a couple of years ago for a Dodge Ram and it was NOT worth the money. Also, I think it messed up the ignition time or something like that. No performance gain, no fuel savings.

There is no way this thing would work. How the hell can they make those claims? I guess it all depends on your definition of "significant"
