It's only $1.99 now. I got mine, plus I ordered two for everyone of my friends.
Will this hurt my car, motor, computer etc.??? NO, this will not hurt your car or have any negative effect on your motor or computer when properly installed. It is impossible to damage your engine with this mod... In Fact this mod will actually work with your car the way it is designed. Use premium fuel for best results.
Oh my gosh, i'm gonna have to hurry.......it's for a limited time only.

It would be worth donating a couple dollar to someone that has a dyno available just to see if it will make a difference.
I can remember back in the late 80's that Performance Pontiac noted in there magazine that a performance gain could be fond in disconnecting a similar plug on the Firebirds. It seemed to run your engine a bit richer, but it also caused a service engine soon light.
On my 98' Ford Ranger, I disconnected my MAF sensor to trouble shoot somthing else, it stumbled a little off the line, but ran great the reat of the rpm range, and firmed up the shifts...every shift was real hard, too hard.

We love to have fun with the posts about worthless gimicks. Please don't take it personally. Do a search here on this resistor piece of crap and see what we are talking about. Don't send them any money.

All they do at a minimum (if anything) is tell the ECU that the air moving through the MAF is colder than it really is by manipulating the voltage signal (lowering it). The reason they suggest running premium fuel is that when the ECU thinks it is getting colder air, it leans out the fuel mixture.
Does anyone know if this might effect the amount of timing the ECU adjusts for? That could be another reason for the premium fuel.
I don't think I'll be hacking into *my* wiring for something like this, but that's pretty much what they do.

Loufish: I was just wondering what that black thing is between your doors above the side moulding?
That's the rubber bumper that came with the truck, I guess you're supposed to remove it, but it does a great job keeping my door, and the others that get touched when I open my door in a parking lot from getting scratched or dinged.
