So if my next muffler is going to be a 3" inlet, then my Y-pipe should be......?

two 2.25 inlets + 1 3" outlet

or you can do a 2.5" dual inlet and 3" outlet and have the shop crimp the two inlet pipes somehow

I didn't think the B&B has a Y-pipe. Doesn't it have both pipes coming into the muffler, then exiting as a single pipe?

You may be right. I'll have to look under my truck.

Would you mind telling me about your B&B? I'm torn between it and the Banks exhaust. How does it sound and did you notice a power gain? Any issues on installation? Thanks.

Here's a link to some pics and sound clips of the B&B on my truck. B&B pics and sound clips

You'll have to scroll through some pages to get to the sound clips.

Hey Qship, I just got the B&B installed this weekend. Sounds great. No drone, not very loud from the cabin, but the sound outside is awesome.
