TS Custom Exhaust -- Part 2 (finished)

Havock's TS Custom Exhaust <-- Only view this in IE. Firesux will not play the videos. Also, scroll slowly because the videos will start playing as soon as you get to each one while scrolling down. To replay one you missed, right click on it and select "Play"

I have some more pics of it installed under the truck, but this is the finished product. I got it completed and installed Sunday night May 15th. I decided not to post it because I wanted to keep it as a surprise for out Houston Meet on May 22. That has passed, so it is time to update everyone on my progress. I love it, and so does Abu. She's the one who drives it to work everyday, so if she didn't like it, I would not be happy. The usual 1500 - 1800 drone is there pretty bad, but outside of that range it is excellent! Freeway in-cab sound is great! I might put a reso in to kill some drone, or I might try edead to sound proof the cab from road noise and exhaust drone.

Summary:
Materials - Aeroturbine 3030 muffler ($165 ebay), 2 extra OEM Titan exhausts (thanks Scarab & Azntitan!), 12" of 3" pipe ($5 Autozone)
Changes - Opened the Y pipe for full flow (TS Custom Exhaust -- Part 1), made an adapter to go from the OEM 2.5" pipe to 3", made custom dual outlet for the muffler, parallel tail pipes

Oh, and it is a straight bolt on setup too! So I can switch back to my stock exhaust i less than 30 minutes by myself with only a couple sockets.

Finally!! I know you've been itchin' for months to finally install the AT3030 that you bought months ago. You're a braver man than me running it w/o a reso, though! You probably remember the modifications I'd made to my custom AeroTurbine set up I once had, due to the drone factor. If you do eventually decide to add a reso, I can vouch for the Magnaflow XL 24" SS reso/muff I had replaced the AeroTurbine reso with. Knocked down the drone by at least half.

Nice job!

Thanks buddy! I definitely remember your experience with the AT 3030. It seems like the dorne annoys me more than my sife these days, so I am on the fence as to what I might do. I am considering the sound deadening material because it sounds so good outside.
