Performance Headers! Who’s interested?

We are currently exploring the market to make a high quality performance header for the Titan and Armada with the highest performance in mind. It will be made from high grade stainless steal and will be a 2-peace design with a primary and a secondary, The Secondary will be the CAT or straight through test pipe with 02 simulator to make the computer/ECU happy. So remember this header will be built with unmatched performance in mind.

So who is interested? I need to get an idea on what kind of numbers we are looking at.

EST price is at $1099.00

Mock Up Pictures. This is the unit that will make the JIG after the jig is made then all 304SS had tig welded will be done

New Pictures Posted 7/26 Pasanger Side Compleated Dyno should be on Thrusday or Friday

For thoughts who want the header but its not in the budget, Here at Mossy Performance we offer lines of credit and can take a credit app and in 5 min can have you approved, 6 months same as cash. So one can get a header or any other part from us and pay it off in 6 months 0 interest. Not bad if you ask me, I was the 1st one to sign up

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Dyno Pictures now posted.
28WHP gain at 6000RPM
27LB/TQ gain at 5890RPM

Peek HP Gain was like 18WHP
This dyno was header ONLY, Stock Airbox with 25k miles org filter and Stock Exhaust

I would be interested! I assume it will take a while before the headers are ready for sale. That will give me time to save up!

Actually my titan goes in to be looked at in just under 2 weeks so R&D and the JIG will take about 2 weeks is my best guess. I am guessing it could be ready as early as 2-3 months from now. I am working with a really talented fabricator who has done nothing but headers for 20+ years now.

Ya I saw that. I also as far as I have seen no one is making a header that bolts in. Is this correct?

It’s probably going to be like most headers. Not CARB approved but will pass the numbers if there is no visual inspection. And yes only the highest grade of stainless will be used and will come with 1 or 2 year warranty.
