A friend and I designed and built my custom "reso-back" exhaust using an Aeroturbine 3030 muffler. Loving it right now, but I still need to work on the drone. Feels and sounds great throughout the RPM's. You can get an AT3030 muffler, but you can't get my exhaust, sorry.

I've got a Gibson cat back and love it. It's a single out and uses all the factory mounts. It weighs about 1/2 what the Nissan behemoth weighs. If you ever look at a cut out picture of the stock exhast it looks like wadded up laundry in there.......weird.

The Gibson is a bit louder than I had hoped for but sounds really awesome. Other guys in trucks always look when I go by, not the reason or desired effect but I won't complain.

I read that the Banks system gives you 16whp but I could not find any torque info...

All I can say is I paid probably about $300 more for my Borla set up then most of the other exhaust systems and allmost cancelled the order before I even received it because of buyers remorse. When it came in I held on to it for a couple of days trying to talk myself into returning it but finally said "what the hell"....

I have absolutly no regrets. I haven't heard anything that sounds like it! Fork out the extra money and you will have one heck of a grin when you hear it.

As for the power....I feel it. I can't pinpoint it but it's there! I'd estimate it's around 2500 rpm. It just PULLS!

Complete true dual exhaust: One pipe out the left manifold to the back of the truck. Another pipe out the right maniflold to the back of the truck. This configuration would normally mean two mufflers/glass packs. However, one muffler with dual inlets and outlets qualifies for dual exhaust since there is two exhaust tips sticking out the back of the truck. Some may not consider this true dual. Dual inlet and outlet mufflers usually mean the left/right side share a chamber. Not that it is a bad thing.

Hey JamesN, is your Borla the dual tailpipe catback system? Do you have any sound clips of it you can post? Mine is still on order, should be here soon. Thanks

Yes it's the part number 140079 at this link http://www.borla.com/news/press_detail.aspx?id=21
They seemed to be impossible to get and I found one at Driverfx.com and got it very quickly. I just paid the local muffler shop to install and they did allright, I guess, but the tips stuck out past the rear bumper two far for my taste. I just took it back in this morning and they moved them back allmost flush but just enough to see the Borla. I'm trying to figure out how to get a good audio clip. I was thinking of running a good quality microphone close to the tailpipe but designing something to block the wind noise. I will work on something but in the meantime there are others with clips on here if you search.

I have the B&B exhaust. My second choice was the Bassani.

I think My system might sound a little quieter. It's allmost exact in the tone. Not sure if I can tell the difference.

Cool my exhaust

Hey y'all,
I finally got the firewire port working on my laptop so i was able to xfer the DV of my titan and host it online. I setup a tripod and the camcorder about 2 ft from the exhaust. Apparently it wasnt far enough away cause you can see where the exhaust fogs up the lens for a sec midway through the video, however the sound is pristine. The video is about 30 seconds long & 8.2MB in size. It is that big since i wanted to maintain high audio quality of about 224kbps and decent image size. The mods installed on my Titan are the K&N 77 Series CAI & single in/out Flowmaster 50SUV. The video covers engine start to 4000rpm and back to turning it off.
Let me know what you think.
