I've got about 4K on mine now. Sound awesome, easy install, priced nicely at $417/shipped from summitracing.com. This system, although using the 70 series muff, still has a drone at 1500-2000 rpm under part throttle. It's not terrible, but it is there. Also as you put some miles on it, the exhaust opens up quite a bit, which has increased the drone somewhat, in my case anyway.
The mandrel-bent pipes and nice y-pipe are worth the money alone, to me. A muff change, if needed, can be done very reasonably. I may switch mine out to a Borla muff, eventually....who knows.

Search for Caltitan's post with a link to a nicely done video on this system on his truck. Actually, I think the link is in his sig.

Here's some pics of my system....I changed the Flowmaster tips out to some Magnaflow ones, just for looks.

Is the American Thunder exhaust a true dual exhaust or just a single in/dual out?

It is a single in dual out that replaces teh stock Y-pipe back. I might be wrong(very possible), but I don't think there is an out-of-the-box true dual out there yet.

You quoted him in your reply, but you didn't read his entire post. He bought Magnaflow tips instead for the look of them.

Thanks......the Flowmaster tips that come with the kit are decent, but I just wanted something a little different. The kit comes with SS 3" rolled tips.

I have the system. You can hear it by clicking the link in my sig. If you want to hear it at full throttle here's a video at a dyno session. http://projectindustries.com/images/roadsterdyno.mpg

M95, did you install the 70 series Flowmaster that came with the American Thunder, or did you switch it for a 40 or 50?

If that is the 70, it sounds louder than I expected.
