Next logical step

OK, I've got the K&N drop in filter, with the modded stock airbox, the Banks Monster exhaust, and running full synthetic in the engine and rear end. What's the next step I should take to get some more ponies? Thinking about the Volant intake, but not sure how much better that is that what I have now.

Thanks for the tips, trying to keep it dealer/warranty friendly.

When I added my Volant after the exhaust it added (dyno) about 20 rwhp and 40 torque. When I added Royal Purple it added 50 rwhp and 100 torque. Just kidding about the RP, no seriously I know of a couple mods that are available other than intake, exhaust. Unichip and the JBA shorty headers. Unichip doesn't remove the limiter and I don't think anyone has had a chance to test one. Pretty pricey too. The JBA headers didn't seem to add enough to justify the ordeal of $ and installing them.

I'm still waiting on some good headers and a programmer. Still waiting. Waiting some more...

The next step would be to shell out for the Stillen blower and report back with before/after dynos.

That's exactly what I was thinking until I read the little detail about warranty and dealer friendly. I think Stillen does have a warranty you can buy but I'm pretty sure you would omit your regular warranty throwing on an aftermarket blower.

Hopefully when the Nismo blower is available the dealer would install it and still honor factory warranty. Bet they would $$$$ out the wazo though.

What about a elect fan conversion like Head did. Not sure how warranty friendly it is. I put in the K&N kit if you want to see it. I'll be on base Monday for FOD walk and to Fly Mon and Tue. I still have to wait on the exhaust so I would love to hear how yours sounds to comp.

4, two more T1 flights to grad on Thursday. I have an end of block Mon. I'll be over in the south east parking lot right after FOD. getting my gear to go. If I can catch up with you then great, if not some time this week after my flights.
