6" Pro-Comp 3" PA Body 38x15.50r20 Finished(almost)
Here it is. I am almost finished with my Disco truck as some people call them. I am lifted 9" and running the 38" Tuxus tires made for the street. I had some rubbing issues with the back of the front fender so I trimmed them a little. I did not like how close it was because although my truck will not see the dirt much I dont like having to worry about beating it a little here and there so I just picked up the glassworksunlimited.com 3" rise 4" wide fiberglass front fenders and hood with WRX scoop. The bedsides are backordered so I will have them in a few weeks. The owner has a titan and had them on and the looked great. Here are the pictures so far.
Remeber the whats different pictures from when you were a kid in the newspaper. Look at my driver and passenger pictures and see if you can see whats different and let me know which you like better.

YEs all you need is a heat gun(or hair dryer) and a little patience and you can peel it right off.
I'd warn against doing that unless you plan to have it painted afterwards. I removed mine after I got a scratch in the vinyl. The paint underneath that plastic is dull, like it's been sanded with a fine grit with no clear coat. Maybe some of the Titans have smooth paint, but I know a few others had ones like myself. Do a search, there are several old posts on this subject.

Sammy,
You are correct that the paint is hit with a scuffing material before they apply the vinyl. In the mass production of these vehicles they had to have clear coated the entire door then scuffed it. I was able to just buff my clear coat out. The only reason I say it did not hit the base coat is because when I buffed it the pad stayed clean and did not pick up any white residue. If someone was extremely worried about it or wanted a completely different look you could have a piece of color matched vinyl cut to replace the black after you removed it. I cut vinyl stickers and graphics and I have and can get all kinds of metallic and colors but I don't know if the white will match. I will try tonight and see how close of a color match it is.
Roger that, I realize the coat the entire car, I was just trying to give a visualization of what it looks like. I thought about getting it buffed smooth, but didn't want to worry with the hassle, plus I think it looks good with the black. Nice truck BTW.
That thing is a beast. The 20 inch wheels hide the 9" of lift, at least until you look at it long enough to realize that those are 20 wheels. I wonder how different it would look on 17 inch wheels...

Here is the custom fiberglass hood from glassworksunlimited.com. I wanted to check the quality of their work when I went there so I had them help me swap the hood on at their location. Let me tell you. Perfect fit and if you have a white titan and you are not as anal as I am you could just roll with the gel coat and would not "have" to get it painted. I also bought the fenders for the front which I will put on tonight, and the rear bedsides that are backordered.
