I'm too lazy to type, so here's a copy/paste from the other site:
Results?? I must say I'm quite impressed. I wasn't expecting anything at all! I usually do all my testing on the freeway with the windows up and with ear plugs so the noise will not be a distraction. There are too many variables when you do a run from a stop and it's hard to gauge any progress that way. In 3rd gear at about 75mph there is more pull. I tested at this range a few times right before I swapped the TB so I could get a good comparison. This mod is a winner in my book and should work well with mods I have planned in the near future.
BTW, I also cut out the TB screen with this mod.

Hey Vector! I have the same question. Where and whom?
M95roadster, it's 0810 where you are! Get online and give us the details!
I got the TB from the dealer and the work performed was a favor. I can tell you that it wasn't an easy job. The guy who worked on it says the TB was designed NOT to be disassembled and is a time consuming job similar to BMW throttle bodies.

There are quite a few places out there who specialize in boring your throttle body to a larger size. Besides boring it to a larger inner diameter you can also get the throttle shaft knife edged and the bolts that hold the plate on the shaft counter sunk to reduce airflow restrictions. I'd look into it...sounds like a good idea if the performance increase can be noticed.
WISH LIST
Intake Manifold / Plenum & Runners?
Throttle Body?
Camshafts?
Programmable ECU & TCM?
Performance Long Tub Header, Primary and a Secondary Cat And Secondary straight through test pipe?
I believe a Plenum, Throttle Body (factory is 70mm) and Cams for a 5.6 V8 VK56DE will return huge HP. Your company is the one who can make it happen

Is your friend looking to get in to the business of boring Titan Throttle Bodies? I would love to give one a try.
He has that type of work (machine work) outsourced. So I don't know who actually did the work. There are a few places that do this. RC Engineering is one that comes to mind. They are in SoCal.
