Right on... I got to hear the Banks up close and personal having some fun with another fellow Titaneer and yes, it's got "that" sound. Very nice indeed.

I have to add the Gibson part of my exhaust is rusting out now after about a year and the Borla still looks like new. The Gibson is "stainless steel" too and not the aluminized. Just the cheap quality stainless. Well, it's "stained" with rust right now. In this case, you get what you pay for. I hope the Banks is the same "stainless" quality as the Borla.

Spintech is loud! Little too much for me.Hit it hard and it sounds like a lougie stuck in your throat Soon to be switched out.Normal driving sounds rugged

I'd go with the B&B & Volant combo.

I'd recommend the Flowmaster Super 40 with 3" stainless steel tips. It sounds bad as hell and won't rust. I got mine done for about $450.

the b&b sounds different than the others but is definanly not as loud as a banks or a fm40 series. if you want straight up mean american muscle get a banks or fm40, its really loud outside and quite a bit louder then the b&b inside the cab especially during the drone zone. the b&b is louder then stock on the outside of the cab tough but nothing like a fm40 series.

True duals with Sweet Thunder Chambered mufflers... dumped. That's almost as loud as straight pipes with the deepest tone you can get. Forget any of the the aftermarket stuff out there, this is way louder and deeper, but it's drag racer loud and very rediculous. I plan to do it eventually since the mufflers will cost about $90 each for the stainless 24" long, 2.5" diameter ones, throw in an x-pipe at have a decent priced system that's beyond insane.

Or, I'd say true duals with Flowmaster 10s. Yes, single chamber flowmasters. The 40s are dual chamber and the 50s are triple chamber. So, that should give you an idea of how loud that would be.

I like true duals with a X-pipe for HP and torque improvements on the 5.6L.

I haven't heard any other systems to compare, but the Banks certainly has that basa$$ appeal. Turns everyone's heads - old and young alike.

Click here for my exhaust video

Hi all! I'm new here. Just wanted to add my two cents in this thread here. I got my Flowmaster setup installed last week and love it. I originally wanted the Flowmaster 70 series dual kit, then the Banks Monster Single, then I decided to do a custom job.

From Summit Racing I bought a Flowmaster 50 series SUV Performance 3"IN/3"OUT Muffler, and also bought from DriverFX.com a Magnaflow 3"IN/4"OUT X 12" Lg. Tip w/15 degree angle. I went down the the local muffler shop and got all new 3" pipe after the Catylitic. Everything complete was $235. I cannot be more happy with the sound and I think I did pretty good on the price.
