A Yea here. It took me about an hour to put them on. Very easy, and they look very aggresive if you leave them black.

I'd sure like to know what they look like on a Silver SE.

I really need them for the hunting/snowmobile season. After one year of dirt roads, fields, ice, and sand I have some nasty chip marks.

I'm just wondering what the black on silver would look like. Anyone have the talent to make Qwik's truck silver or have a picture to share?

I purchased the Bushwhacker fender flares over eBay Tues. evening after seeing Quikwhip's truck in this forum. If you search carefully on eBay, you can get them for $283.00 including shipping from Exotic Truck & Auto Gear. Their internet price shows up at $343.00, but they give you a $60.00 rebate when you pay for them and shipping is free. The two other vendors on eBay had prices of $274.00 and $275.00 with shipping at $24.00 and $25.00, so their prices were the same at $299.00 after shipping. My only question is whether to paint them silver (my truck is Smoke) like the ones in the pictures on eBay. I think they really help the looks, but the only problem is they make the truck even wider than it already is.

I was washing my new Titan today and, compared to my old Tacoma, was taken aback by the fact that the Titan has NO fender flares.

I really like the way QWIKWHIP's Titan looks around the wheel wells with the Bushwackers. That's the way a 4X4 should be sensibly equipped! Oh yeah, and his grille is one of the best I've seen on a Titan!

Incidentally, I did not off-road much with my Tacoma, but when I did I was happy that the flares were on there since they helped keep a lot of debris from flying up and collecting or dinging my sheetmetal. My only problem was that, over time, the rubber gaskets that sealed the space between the plastic flares and the truck started to pull off. My concern for anybody getting these type of flares would be how well they hold up in that narrow gasket area--especially on a 4X4.

Yes they must be removed. The only way to reinstall them would be to cut the flares, I don't think you want to do that. If you have to have some flaps, go get the flat rubber kind and install them on top of the flares.

I really like the Bushwhacker flares - but they are missing out on a large segment of Titan owners: those who do NOT have the bedside tool box. I wish they would add the full left side rear flare for us XE owners!! All of y'all's (is that a word?) look FANTASTIC!! Thanks for posting the pics.
