Stillen Supercharger- Info. Only!

Hey all,
I am starting this thread for the people who want ''true, updated'' info on the Stillen S/C. I am asking that we keep this to positve info only. Lets be truthfull about this. I dont want trash talking about the unit or the company. I ask that if you want to do this start another thread. I know there are many, many people out there who want truthfull info about this unit.
If you have talked to a local dealer, supplier or even Stillen themselves post what you have learned here for others to read. LOL-kinda like a product knowledge class. I know for a fact that we can all learn from one another if we ''work'' together on this.

This is what i know.

1. Stillen and there supliers ''are'' taking orders.
2. Delivery is 30 days approx.
3. Price is $5995.00 according to Stillen(carry out)
4. Warranty is extra. $260.00
5. CARB is pending approval
6. At this time there is only "one" stage available
7. HP gain is 110hp(this is old news)
8. Torque gain is 84ft/lbs(old news)

Has anyone talked to there local dealer to see if they are going to do installs on it? If so what kinda prices are you getting for the install.

I agree. It is pointless to promote product availability info and to screen out other valuable information which might influence a prospective buyer's decision.

Shall we start an availability and price thread just on one model of intake or exhaust with no debate about comparisons or quality?

Well, I think F-150 needs to come clean and tell us if he works for Stillen.

The questions was asked earlier too...

I posted this before, but here it is again......................

I do "NOT" work for Stillen. I work for an aftermarket(wholesale) company. Stillen happens to be 1 of the vendors i sell. At this time we have over 137 different vendors to choose from. The guys(or girls) over at Stillen, along with T-Rex,Gibson,RCD,SSE,ATS,K&N,FABTECH are people that i hang out with on a daily level. Heck its good to have friends like that. I get the inside scoop on all the new stuff. Am i excited about the Titan s/c? DAMN right i am. This truck kicks butt and with the addition of the S/C this baby is going to scream. Plus by selling this, when its released is just going to be $$ for me and my family. Hey if i dont sell i dont make $$. Its a simple - true fact!
To set the story straight,,, I drive a Ford F-150. One of my best friends drives a Titan, another a Tahoe, another an EVO. So you can see its not that i love or drive a Titan, nor do i put them down. Sure when me and my buddies sit around drinking beer and talking smack my truck is the greatest, but i didnt come on here doing that(nor will i!!) I am just here to support you people and the product that you buy.
Remember, i sell wholesale only. For me to make money trying to sell you something you would have to go to one of my customers shops and buy from them. I get nothing from posting on here. Again i am here to help and thats it. Do i know everything? NO!! And i will never say i do. But i have the resources to retrieve the correct answer.
As for the master cyl. brace. I really didnt get as excited about this as i did with the S/C. From what i know it helps. We all know the brakes suck on this truck, along with the F-150,RAM,CHEVY. I sell alot of brakes everyday for these trucks. Thanks god for bad factory brakes!!! lol lol($$)

So in a nutshell thats my answer.(plus extra)

as a side note i post on all the other truck forums also. i support them all!

SO, there!!
as for the negative posters already-- THANKS.
I see that trying to get info from Titan talk or to Titan talk is prob. a waste of time. Guys if you dont want my help just let me know and i will be a fart in the wind.

100% F-150:

Please iignore those who are getting under your skin. As you well know, it takes all kinds to make the world go round. People have strong opinions when it comes to performance, you know that based upon what you do for a living. I'm sure you have heard all of this before but you still are in the business.

Some of us want to know the information that you have posted so, please, continue.

Everyone, if you do have a difference of opinion, please feel free to express it but do so with some courtesy and respect as you would wish to be treated yourselves. It is OK to disagree but not OK to become abusive. Let's keep the discussion going, we all can learn from it.

Thanks, 37L1

blah blah blah

ok let me say this is a NON MOD DELTE WAY. All this stuff has already been posted, all the info you stated is on here, use the search function. I hate being so rude but all "people" do when they bring up old news is get people all huffy and puffy, yet its pointless cuz there is no NEW info.

Chad,

Let me try and get this point across in a way that shouldn't ruffle anyone's feathers:

If it is old news to you then you do not need to read or post on the thread.

As you know, some people do not use the search function and want an easy way to find out this information.

Most importantly, it is not hurting anything.

Now that that is out of the way.
Does anyone have a good enough relationship with their dealership to find out what installation would cost?

Good question, maybe 100% F-150 or socalsean can tell us what Stillen would charge?

well

well that would depending on your dealer's labor rate. But i work in the automotive field and our labor rate is $70. So if you geusstimate the install time which is probably going to be around 6-8 hours, It would be somewhere around 450-600. The only thing is i wouldnt get it installed at a dealer because then you would for sure void your warranty!
