Equal Length Shortie Header: NEW from JBA?

Are these new from JBA? Advertised as ceramic coated 409 stainless steel header with 1 5/8 primary tubes. The photos at http://shop.store.yahoo.com/hopup1/aeticeco409s.html appear to be of equal length and NO primary catalytic converter included. Anybody has any actual experience with them? Or at least any other reliable performance information? At less than $800, it is not a bad buy if it performs better than the old "bland" unequal length shortie JBA. Ad also claims: No cutting or welding required!

Or is this a false advertising for the same old "bland" JBAs?

I'd say that's the same headers with a file photo, not the actual model.
