Okay folks, just want you to know that if you order a Hellwig anti-sway bar or helper springs, to ask them to double check their stock before they send out the parts.
On 8/22, I ordered both the Helper springs and Anti-sway bar. Was told it would be to me in 4-7 business days.
15 days later and no call, I called. They were holding it up because of "something" but that everything was cleared and they would ship it out two day express.
Four business days later (Saturday included as a business day) they arrived.
The Helper Springs went on fine.
The Anti-Sway bar was the wrong bar!
I called them up. They apologized and would ship out another one.
When it arrived, I opened the parts and found that the saddle brackets were the wrong ones!
Combining the two kits, I got it installed! I highly recommend the products and am surprised by the extremely poor showing in customer service. (I guess I was thinking that maybe after the delay AND the wrong part being shipped, someone would have called and confirmed that all the parts for the next kit were "good to go")
Their solution when I asked them was to put a foot note to their stockers to make sure the contents were the correct ones. I suggest you remind them when you order.
