Banks Exhaust: Horrible Service n More...

I bought my Banks exhaust at Mossy along w/the group buy. Just brought it to PRG to install it and my CST kit. Greg at PRG is saying its missing parts and it came with wrong parts. For example, the kit needs 3-3" clamps but came with 2-4" clamps and an extra clamp (no use). Also, the bracket the suppose to come with the kit to mount to stock hangers were missing. Greg called Banks and they said we can just go buy and/or make the parts. From what I hear, that's just horrible customer service along with poor packaging. I'm not saying they make bad exhausts, just bad service. Anyone with the same problem(s)? Pics of exhaust and kit will be up when PRG is done. Thanks for everything PRG!

When I bought my Banks from titanparts24/7 The box arrived damaged. There was a box inside actually missing. Of course it was the tip! I called and they sent out a new one immediatly. Great customer service. Who did you get yours thru? I paid $500 shipped, and at that time was the best deal. Bought the factory step rails too!!!!!!

No problem here either. Inexcusable what they told you on the phone, but honestly if I was in your postion I couldnt wait for them to ship out new one.

no issues with mine ever either and I highly doubt Banks told them that.I am sure if something was boxed incorrectly or missing they would send the correct pieces to rectify the problem out.

Does the Banks have dual rear exhaust or single exhaust? I'm looking for headers right now. I want what will give me the best "sound". Is Banks the way to go?

It's a single out.

When I was installing my Banks I was thinking about how awesome it would be if they made a dual out. Imagine one huge Banks tip sticking out either side
