muffler shop time tomorrow goodbye 70 series

well im off to the muffler shop tomorrow.im going to replace my dual in/dual out 70 series flomaster for 2 -40 series. one 40 on each pipe.cant wait to hear it roar.what you guys think

are those supposed to be louder than what you have now? i'd like to upgrade my exhaust, but am scared to make changes that might make it sound like everybody else's idea of a truck in alabama. most people go for that splatty sounding glass pack thing around here. i hate that crap. plus the boss really likes the way it sounds stock. i hope you like how it turns out.

40's are LOUD. Cool, but LOUD

Reminiscent of old school glass packs on a real dual exhaust.

This guy My flowmaster 40s with turn downs has 40's with turndowns... turndowns will make it a little louder than a rear exit but still...

If you like it, GO FOR IT!!!

I love the sound of 40's driving by me but the Borlas are more my speed these days. Loud when I stomp it, rumble a little around town and pretty darn quiet in the cabin just toolin around.

yea your right 40 are loud.i wanted to put 2-50 but they are wider and wont fit side by side.im scared that the 40 may be louder than what i want.the boss lady likes the 70.specially with our second baby on the way.
