JBA Header & Exhaust Group Buy

JBA Headers Offers Headers and a Cat-Back Exhaust System For The 2004-2006 5.6L Nissan Titan.

JBA started with a clean sheet of paper when designing the new Cat4ward® Headers for the Titan's powerful 5.6L. Extensive development and dyno time yielded huge gains in both torque and horsepower over the restrictive factory manifold. These headers don't just make power, they are built to last. JBA's bullet proof design features a thick 3/8" one piece head flange leading into the heavy-wall 1-5/8" 409 stainless steel primaries tubes and ends with the patented JBA Firecone® merge collector. This design reduces back pressure and helps scavenge the spent gasses exiting the engine giving you increased power and efficiency. Like all JBA products these headers are back by our limited lifetime warranty.

When Four Wheeler Magazine named the Nissan Titan "Pick-up Truck of the Year" it got the attention of every truck enthusiast. This new contender brings a high level of performance, style and many "firsts" to the highly competitive full-size truck market. JBA was ready to take the Titan to a new high with the first after-market smog legal headers and exhaust systems. How does an extra 23 hp and 17 ft.lbs. of torque sound? Want more? JBA's set-up will give you as much as 26 hp and 40+ ft.lbs of torque in the mid-range. That's enough power to get you to the top of the hill first with plenty of power in reserve. With the all that power on tap, you don't need to work the engine as hard - giving you some extra mileage.

Those are great prices!

I wish someone would have had a GB when I purchased mine.

The JBA's made a nice difference in HP and MPG.

Just my o2

Defenitely not long tube, shortys for sure but still not too bad for ceramics. Maybe they will produce some long tubes and remove the cats completely, that would be super sweet.

It would not be CARB approved if you had a longtube. I like longtubes also but I have seen tons of vehicals dynoed and the difference is 5-10rwhp on a modified car or truck.

You could spend the extra money you save on other items for you truck.

I've heard that repeatedly myself. The stock headers were good and shorties were a waste. No measurable gain. The gains are probably from the exhaust, not headers. Its also tested on a preproduction. Who knows what was done between then and the final version. Do a search for Mossy long tube headers. Shorties never did a thing on vettes either. Most vette guys said they were a waste also. Just my

Going just on what I've read here and our other home the sensors don't trip with cats removed. Something about a glitch in the system that enables you to remove the cats without a problem. Even If you want to keep the cats you can knock the centers out with a steel rod and hammer. This still would restrict it some and wouldn't allow you to use uniform piping throught the system.
