Does a 14.997 put me in the 14-second club?

Ran three times tonite, my first run was the best at a 14.997@91.22. Next two were 15.029@91.42 and 15.002@91.31 respectively.

My friend standing in the crowd heard some guy say "Cot dang is that a Nissan truck??" Yeeaaaa baby.

I removed the bed extender and spare tire only because I had 3/4 tank of gas (trying to balance it to a fully equipped truck with 1/4 tank). Tailgate was intact (soft tonneau was on), as were all the tools, and everything in the center console. A/C off and the mirrors folded in (thanks for the tip guys!!).

All I have is an AFE Stage II (a miracle worker) and a Banks Monster exhaust (ran a 15.9 with last time). A little over 8100 miles one the truck. You can tell by my slip that my launches suck but hey I'm still running 14s. Anyways, no more dragging for a little while now, I feel guilty for beating on my truck.

Yes I'm a big old '05 CC with BT, OR, and PP packages.

Dropped spare and bed extender (-50 lbs), but had 3/4 tank of gas (+100 lbs more than it should have been).

Was 59 degrees out, humidity was 91%.

the best thing you can drop is the tailgate. That thing weighs a ton!
Whats a PP package?

True, but I really like to run in full trim. If I was going to remove the tailgate I might as well strip some of the interior too IMO. Only removed the spare to negate the added gas weight.

PP = Popular Package (SE only).

Your launches are just fine. A 2.1 60' aint bad. It's your reaction time that needs work but that in no way effects your ET. Good job!!!

The only problem I can see is you didn't back up the 14.9 run with another one.
