dyno test price?

I want to dyno my truck this week since I'm adding the Nismo CAI and found a place here in my area that will do it. However, I didn't know it cost that much $.............Is it normal to pay $100 for 3 pulls?

I just paid $60 for a 1/2 hour. That was enough time for about 15 runs with some cool down time half way through. That was the cheapest I could find in my area as most were around $100.

I wish I could get that price. Looks like I'm gonna be paying that, and it's $125 if they have to tune.

Ouch. I'm used to paying $45 for 3 pulls, but that was when I was in Washington state. Haven't dyno'd here in Texas since I sold my Mustang Cobra. Regardless, they are charging you too much for 3 pulls.

Yeah, it really sucks. And I don't know if there's any other shop here that does this. I'm trying to decide if getting the dyno done is really worth the $$. I mean, it would be nice to see what I'm getting before/after.

You guys think it's worth my paying for the dyno? Or should I forget about it altogether?

$125 is awefully steep. I wouldn't do it. Maybe you can get a sponsor aka. Sugar Momma?

That's some juice there man, I'd ask them for a cupon day or something.

I'm looking into opening a dyno shop here in Denham Springs, La. My partner and I are in a numbers crunching stage right now but there is only one shop in our area and they are always busy.
