Removing Tow Hooks

I just got a Westin Bull Bar, and was wondering if anyone has had problems
removing the tow hooks. I've tried everything short of taking a torch to them
with no luck. They feel like they were loctited on. Any more and I will strip the bolt. Any ideas?

Re: Removing Tow Hooks

Impact wrench and impact socket. They're just very tight.

Re: Removing Tow Hooks

I had the impact wrench but not the impact socket, had to take over to Les Schwab to have them take off the 2 that are up under the bumper cover. I almost did strip those two trying to get them off.
