Too much Chrome?
I just installed a chrome grill and chrome bugshield. I like the way it looks but was wondering what my fellow Titan owners think.

How bout a bigger shot of the whole front end or the truck even cuz thats like JUST the chrome...it looks aight but Im thinkin itll look even better once I get the view of the truck in there...

I like paint rather than chrome. So, naturally, I think you have too much chrome. Maybe a glossy black powdercoated expanded-metal grill insert would contrast well with the OEM chrome front end.

My front end looks about the same only I have the horizontal billet grill and my truck is silver. |

I have to admit, I like chrome accents, too. It sets off a vehicle - unless of course, you're going for the mono-color look. That looks good, too, if it's done right.
I went with the Lund stainless steel bugshield, but opted for the powdercoated black tube grille to contrast the chrome grille surround. My truck is Galaxy Black, so it looks pretty cool, in my opinion, anyway. Stainless steel bull bar and Lightforce lights get put on this weekend (hopefully). I also added the stainless steel tailgate trim and some stainless steel taillight guards, so the back is covered as well. I'm looking at adding a little stainless to the sides by getting the lower trim strips that cover the factory rub strips on the lower part of the doors. It's not too much and it will break up the solid black view from the side. Pics soon. Washed it last night and it's raining today...

yea see i had the same exact concern, bc i have an 06 CC smoke titan, and i have the chrome front grill, and wondered if i got the chrome bug deflector if it would be too much. i couldnt find a pic of someone on here with the same color truck and front end set-up, so i went ahead and ordered the tinted deflector. I figure if i really dont like it, or see the chrome on a smoke titan with the chrome grill and like that better i can always give the tinted deflector to my mom for her armada.
