Exclamation Need help quick guys please

Alright Im sure its probably been answered before but I got the Volant in today and installed it just now finished...while installing with all the plugs out I turned on the truck and it turned on and then died down till off...so I was like alright well Im a dumba$$ and I shouldnt have done that cuz that air sensor and the 2 hoses werent connected I was like oh well Ill just reset the ECU when Im done...well Im done installing and turned on the truck and same thing...it dies down...

so I reset the ECU and same thing...I reset it again and same thing...it dies...

so what could this be? I was thinkin the ONLY thing different is that installed the air sensor in the volant sir tube upside down compared to the way it was stock...would that be doing this? Could that be the problem?? Help me out with any info or suggestions...thanks guys...

ALSO I dunno if this helps but I got the ram air tube as well and have that hooked up...it should still work thought shouldnt it??

Re: Need help quick guys please

look like you need to put the inlet of the tube into the tow hook opening and then attach it to the airbox

Re: Need help quick guys please

That ain't the right ram air tube. They have one for the XE and another for the SE/LE.

Re: Need help quick guys please

I was also wondering, could I use the RED recharger kit instead of the blue? I have the blue recharger kit but my paint scheme of my truck is gonna be red and black and well with the blue filter...it doesnt really go...

Re: Need help quick guys please

It won't stay blue or red for long, turns kind of gray.

For the ram air tube exchange try:
