Well the problem is fixed. We finally found out that the Rear 02's are used for tuning of the trucks ECU that or a Major bug in the ECU Firmware, Any case we found a sophisticated enough 02 SIM for the rear O2's "Included with header" that does the trick. I have about 250 miles on the truck NO Code's and all emissions circuits testing passes every time.. My truck is the 2nd Titan this setup is using so the fix has been backed up. All fuel trims are very tight "like it was stock" now as well, Trims are -4 to +4 or so % but for 80% of the time they are around -2 to +2 %
Also another big plus is there is no need to extend any part of the harness or sensors at all. The Rear 02 Sim only requires hooking up 3 wires total for both sides. A Power wire wires into bank 1, Then 2 signal wires one for Bank 1 and the other goes to Bank 2 and the ground wire you hook to any easily accessible Tranny bolt. It took me all of 15 min to wire up. Easy
I feel like there is a problem with my truck because I don't see a light anymore I was totally use to it I have to get use to the light not being on anymore.
Thank you Tommy for all your help on this problem/delima. Tommy is truly a great guy and am proud that he is a contributor to this community.

Congrats on your efforts. The pics look like a fine product that you worked hard on. How 'bout some dynos on a stock, cat-backed, and intake truck? I'm excited.

Thanks Thrust, been contemplating replacing the reso on my 4x2 but might want to look into this since the replacement tube is already there.
Group Buy?

Hey Bball - You likely know this already but just incase... remember you'll need cats in Harris County so buying these will be a cutting and welding job on the banks as well as the increase in sound from the removal of the resos on a system that you have Zoomered already.
I'm thinking I'm going to have to re-do the entire exhaust again to get it right...better see if my brother wants the current pipes as a direct bolt on?

Too many mods to list PM me I'll tell ya.
Use the test pipes and cut in Two MagnaFlow California 43000 Catalytic Converters (43039) with one O2 sensor boss, and you will not need the rear 02 Sim.
Given my current setup this is the cheapest route. As thrust mentions above.
I have preference for little noise and I'll lose the sound dampening of the two 3" morosos tubes unless I can find place for one inline and will have to resonate or zoomer the tip...if my memory serves me right...I remember Chris posting that the headers did add another dimension of sound.
Thrust how do you like that new tip?

Yes the sound changes a bit. Hard to explain sounds like a Nascar V8 very very tuff sounding. I love it

So these headers as far as smog checks are concerned will pass? i need to know I would love to have them, but i live in Nc and this damn state is so corrupt, they make you re-smog your vehicle yearly..

the headers as is will not pass any smog test, get the high flow cats and you will

Chris the sound I have now I love so a little more grunt is torelable. Did the known Banks drone move up/down in the rpm range at all?
