Looking to drop about $150,000 into my truck, I recently won the lottery and will establish myself as the Titan Monster Man. Does anyone know where I can get a custom Planetary Gear?

Wow, congrats, that must be nice. If I have $150,000, I'd probably go with something else instead of dumping it all into a Titan. Like the original diesel Hummer or an army Humvee, instead, if I really want to be THE top dog!
Actually, I'd probably buy a couple of houses as rentals.

You could always buy my truck...It's up for sale right now. Its not a "monster truck" but it does have 16 inches of wheel travel front and rear, 420 HP at the rear wheels, supercharged, custom interior with four racing seats, high-performance brakes...Let me know if your interested and I will send you more pictures and a complete build list...it's not worth $150,000.00 But it is worth $85,000.00
That Stillen Tit is amazing- It is by far the nicest one that I have seen yet! I have admired that truck in previous posts Big Time, infact thats the one that inspired me to get this truck off the charts.
My intention is to fully modify my truck into a competing monster truck series- non street legal- unfortunately I would have to scap so much of your beast to reach my goal..........I have a custom 04 roll cage and tubular frame on order at this time......and will start stripping and adding components at the time this arrives, but the Planetary Gear is driving me nuts at the moment...any recommendations?

Good luck with that! If it ever happends, it gonna be sick!
Patrick Racing Enterprises, Inc (my frame and chassis) does not recommend the Klune V underdrive but rather a Planetary
Planetaries provide a bigger bearing surface and much more `meat' (metal mass) than a standard hub and bearing like a school bus rear axle would have. There is also a gear reduction since the planet gears, the sun gear and the outer ring can be different sizes (well, effective size on the outer ring gear).

I don't know much about monster trucks, but if you are looking at building something like a "bigfoot" or "grave digger" then your best bet would be to use the Titan as a pit truck, because those trucks are all tube chassis, with huge HP motors...From what I understand it's similar to NASCAR in that the only thing Chevy, Ford, or Dodge is the block...and even then it's highly modified. Your best bet would be to go with a couple of Military axles...I don't remember what they are called, but I will do some research and see what I can find out. If you are looking at building a race truck that displays at the monster truck races then the Titan is a great platform, and look into the CST long-travel front suspension with Deaver rears...as far as the rear end and gears go, take out the stock rear end completely and throw in a 9 inch that you can gear yourself...it doesn't sound like your going to skimp on costs, so build it right, have fun, and keep us updated...
The Klune is a planetary gear set. I have no idea what you are talking about and I'm starting to get the feeling neither do you. What are you looking for?
